To those that desire to find a simple reason to condemn this blog and me to eternal Hell fire or at least label this blog as being unprofitable. The mission of this blog has always been to do satire of Robert Morey and his gang and expose their questionable marketing ways of selling Jesus for fun and profit. In addition, the blog is about exposing the Morey-ites as being as much parrots of Robert Morey as the members of cults that Robert Morey loves to attack. I find it shocking that Robert Morey became like a Calvinist Pope to many individuals who should know that a true Calvinist should practice spiritual discernment of his teacher most of all as this person has the strongest influence on his or her Christian training.
Just like the Biblical Thought blog doesn’t allow anyone from outside to change its mission statement; I am not interested in a self righteous slander merchant blogger connected to CRN (Christians too lazy to do true Research so we Google and read something into a Googled article that isn’t there Network so that we can create an article on our blog that is controversial enough to generate much Google traffic to our blog because articles on the defense of the faith doesn’t get much traffic to our blogs.)
The true reality is that this blog has been too successful in doing its mission and those who desire the mission of the blog to change to an unprofitable mission are fearful that this blog will continue to reduce traffic to their online discernment? blogs just like Online Discernmentalist Mafia blog has done.
For those desiring excellent satire of the self-righteous so-called defenders of the faith that slander others in the Name of God for fun, high blog traffic, and /or profit using a online discernment? blog connected to CRN, please go to “Online Discernmentalist Mafia” blog. Remember what does it profit a soul to get high online discernment? blog traffic in this world only to spend eternity separated from God. REPENT!!!!!

- Robert Morey’s House & Corporate Headquarters of the Robert Morey Empire
Thanks to the Saint Augustinian blog who loves the ministry of Mark Driscoll, and the Biblical Thought blog that forced me to determine if Mark Driscoll was really as demonic as they claimed; I am now a Mark Driscoll fan as well as a Tim Keller fan. Now the Morey-ites have one more reason to hate me and this blog.
It is reported that Robert Albert Morey left California on March 23, 2009. His house in Orange County is now empty. It is expected that he will rent the property as he cannot sell the house for the desired price in the current real estate market. The Faith Defenders and Biblical Thought websites have yet to confirm that Robert Morey as left California and I have yet to confirm by checking on his house.

THE BLOGGER NEWS NETWORK (BNN) BELIEVES THAT THIS IS A PHOTO OF THE MYSTERY BLOGGER ….

STRAWMAN PUBLISHES THE BLOG “JESUS DIED FOR STRAWMEN TOO” AND HE IS AGAINST THE IDEA OF “LIMITED ATONEMENT” AS TAUGHT BY ROBERT ALBERT MOREY. THE EXACT REASON FOR THE DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN DR. BOB AND STRAWMAN IS NOT UNDERSTOOD AS STRAWMAN ADMITS THAT HE HASN’T GOT A BRAIN TO DISCUSS THE MATTER.

A blog for commenting on dr. Robert Morey and his many organizations: “Faith Community Church of Orange County, Inc.“, “Faith Defenders Church, Inc.”, “Christian Scholar’s Press of Nevada Inc.”, “Trinity Media of Nevada Inc.“, “Faith Defenders Ministries L.P.“, “The Research and Education Foundation of Pennsylvania”, “California Biblical University and Seminary“. In addition, topics include the legendary “Faith Defenders Building” at 17601 Fitch Avenue in Irvine, CA that used to be “Embassy Christian Center” , “Global Compassion, Inc.“ & “Spirit Life Bible College” of “Roberts Liardon Ministries, Inc.“, and those who are supporters or critics of Bob Morey. Another topic is the brood of viper blog known as “Biblical Thought” where Morey’s Parrots hang out on the Internet.
Robert Morey retired on March 1, 2009 and is stated to be moving to New York. Faith Community Church of Orange County, Inc. closed on March 1, 2009.
“Global Compassion, Inc.” connected to Roberts Liardon has a suspended status with the state of California. This California corporation has lost all rights and powers for failure to meet statutory filing requirements of either the Secretary of State’s office or the Franchise Tax Board. Information regarding the type of suspension can be obtained by requesting a status report. Fees and instructions for requesting a status report are included on the Business Entities Records Order Form (pdf).
Trinity Media and Christian Scholar’s Press of the Robert Morey Empire voluntarily elected to wind up its operations and has completely dissolved its business as a corporation in the state of Nevada on August 14, 2008.
“Faith Defenders” is a DBA (“Doing Business As” otherwise known as a FBN – “Fictitious Business Name”) registered in Orange County California on July 27, 2007 (expiration date: September 27, 2012) as a FBN under “Research and Education Foundation“. The address used in the FBN filed with Orange County is 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA which has not been a valid address for REF since the property was sold by Robert Morey to hotel developers. There is a 40 day grace period to update the business address on a FBN which has expired so the FBN document filed with Orange County is no longer valid.
“Research and Education Foundation” is not licensed in California as it is a foreign (out of state) corporation in the California Corporation database as a Pennsylvania corporation. I asked the Orange County Clerk- Recorder office today (January 2, 2009) for a copy of the official FBN filed on September 27, 2007 by Robert Morey, President of “Research and Education Foundation”, making Faith Defenders a FBN of a California corporation called “Research and Education Foundation”. Not quite true, but the larger issue is that Robert Morey stated on the form that this FBN called “Faith Defenders” had not yet started business when in fact it has been in business inside of California for years.
“California Biblical University and Seminary” is a DBA of “Faith Defenders Church, Inc.”. The FBN filed with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder office as the address of 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA which is no longer a vllid address since Robert Morey sold this properly to hotel developers. The building that once housed CBUS has been leveled to the ground and hauled off to a landfill. The Orange County FBN filed on December 22, 2004 by Cynthia ‘Ortiz, Treasurer of Faith Defenders Church, Inc., makes it official that “California Biblical University and Seminary” is a FBN of “Faith Defenders Church, Inc.” a California corporation and there is no question that “Faith Defenders Church, Inc.” is a California corporation.
I was under the impression that Faith Defenders Ministries, LP may be managed by Faith Defenders Church, Inc.. The fact that Robert Morey as President of Faith Defenders Church, Inc. signed the papers selling 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA to OTO Development LLC and Palmetto Hospitality GM LLC as the official agent for Faith Defenders Ministries LP confirms that my educated guess is correct. I studied California LP law and determined that Robert Morey probably set up this sort of arrangement as it reduced his legal exposure to negative legal action. Stephen Macasil or any other Morey-ite before you call me a liar, I have a copy of the papers selling the Faith Defender building in Irvine, CA to Palmetto Hospitality GM LLC and Robert Morey signed the legal papers selling the building as both the representative of Faith Defenders Church, Inc. and Faith Defenders Ministries, LP. These copies of the sale of the building were supplied to me by the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s office. There is nothing illegal in this arrangement but one could raise issues if it is ethical or a conflict of interest. A photo of the signature block on the legal document selling 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA to Palmetto Hospitality Irvine, LLC is below and I haved posted the complete document as a PDF file and a JPG image on this blog.

- The signature that sold the Faith Defender building to Palmetto Hospitality Irvine LLC which is part of OTO Development LLC. Note Faith Defenders Church Inc is the General Partner of Faith Defenders Ministries LP per this signature block therefore Robert Morey as President of Faith Defenders Church, Inc. can sign the document for Faith Defenders Ministries, LP.
The other evidence that Faith Defender Church, Inc. had control over Faith Defender Ministries, LP is that both the state of California and Orange County put a lien against 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA over unpaid taxes owed by Faith Defenders Church, Inc.. If the two organizations were really all that isolated legally from each other neither would have any legal right for this action. As to why Faith Defender Church, Inc. had to be forced to pay approximately $80 to Orange County California and $1,000 to the State of California by a lien against the legendary Faith Defenders building is a mystery to me. I viewed the two liens while at the Orange County Clerk-Recorders office on January 2, 2009 but I didn’t order copies of these liens. If I am called a liar on this I can give the recording numbers and anyone can look it up on the internet to verify that these documents exist in the records of the Orange County Clerk- Recorder’s office. In addition, I can always go to Santa Ana, CA and get a copy of these two liens, scan the documents, and post both on the internet. It is a matter of public record and no deep dark secret hidden in the files of Faith Defender Church, Inc.’s vault guarded by armed Morey-ite storm troopers with orders to shoot to kill anyone that attempts to find out the details of these two liens that were placed against the Faith Defenders building during the Robert Morey reign over this legendary church building. I am not too lazy to go to Santa Ana and get copies of public records from the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s office.
While at the Orange County Clerk-Recorder office on January 2, 2009; I viewed various documents on the sale of the church building to Faith Defender Ministries LP by Roberts Liardon Ministries, Inc. in order to obtain answers to some questions I had about that sale. Being able to write down the answers to the questions without requesting copies of the documents I saved myself the cost of getting paper copies to take home. Some of my educated guesses as to the way the sale was done was confirmed as correct and a few of my educated guesses were proven to be inaccurate but I now know the true facts. Anyone who desires to know the truth can do what I did and it is very legal as these documents are a matter of public record open to anyone that desires to look.
Roberts Liardon Ministries, Inc. as a foreign corporation registered in the state of Minnesota has voluntarily surrendered its right to transact business in the State of California. On March 24, 2008 it started doing business in the state of Florida.
Robert Morey in the past has been connected to Christian Research Institute, Inc. and F.I.R.E.. Recently he was asked to resign from F.I.R.E..
High Tower Capital, Inc. of Nevada and California appears to be one of Robert Morey’s business relationships. Jon Stevenson of High Tower Capital, Inc. claims to have aided Robert Morey in forming Faith Defenders Ministries, LP which raised $3,500,000 to acquire 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA from Roberts Liardon Ministries, Inc. . He represented the buyer [Faith Defenders Ministries, LP] in 2004 and the seller [Faith Defenders Ministries, LP] in 2008. He claims that the building was sold to OTO Development LCC as Palmetto Hospitality Irvine LLC for $10,500,000. He also claims to have represented the Landlord [Faith Defenders Ministries, LP?] in getting the lease for La Puerta a 650 member congregation. In addition, he appears to claim to have gotten the shared use lease for Faith Community Church with Calvary Temple in Orange, CA. It is not clear if he did the share lease for La Puerta moving into or out of 17601 Fitch Avenue, Irvine, CA, so I am still checking into that claim. As to why he still lists the Faith Defender building for sale on one website and claiming it sold on another website is a mystery but perhaps he is too lazy to change the one website to match the other website.
This information was recently obtained from the State of California which proves that Faith Defenders Church, Inc. is the one and only general partner of Faith Defenders Ministries, Inc..

One of my readers Anon has pasted on this information to me:
I spoke to the USPS and unlike a home address, if Morey is “served” through the Postal Service then it is fixed, meaning that he cannot refuse it. The Postal system is both witness and server of legal notices.
If this information is accurate, then the above PO box would be a good way to tie Morey to California before he gets out of town, or closes his PO box.
Again, if people have the legal right to sue they ought to begin the process ASAP using that PO box, and reach out to everyone that was involved. I am sure there is a mountain of evidence.
The address for this post office box is:
PO Box 7447 Orange, CA 92863
This post office box is used for Robert Morey, Faith Defenders Church, Inc., Faith Defenders, and Faith Defenders Ministries, LP. Mostly is it used for mail orders of “Faith Defenders” books and media so it is possible that Robert Morey will not close it immediately in order to keep those mail orders coming. As to whom Robert Morey will trust the key to this mail box when he leaves California I have no clue. My guess is his faithful right hand girl Cindy Ortiz will get the honor of being the holder of the Robert Morey Empire Post Office Box key. Odds are she already has one of the keys to this post office box.

This photo from the Saint Augustinian blog is what is left of the Faith Defenders building after being leveled to the ground by OTO Development LLC.

I think that we Christians are shooting ourselves in the foot with labeling all pastors as ‘sheep in wolves clothing’ and not allowing for some human error, we will that we will be able to tell whether they were truly called by God or not. God polishes up pastors just like you and I need polishing when it comes to his plan for us.
You’re right – if they are attacking fellow Christians for web traffic – it’s really ashame. The focus should be on those who preach these philosophies of ‘health and wealth’ and ‘oneness’ and some of the emergent church stuff where they don’t even believe in the resurrection. These are the ‘sheep in wolves’ clothing the bible talks about.
If we don’t agree with someone’s style but he preaches the Word as it was meant to be spread, how can we be so quick to throw them to the curb? We are so apt to do this but are so forgiving of the seculars on film and tv (stars) and so forgiving of the secular politicians that run our government, yet we can’t forgive a guy for getting emotional when he preaches?

Well said and I agree with you. Thanks for the kind words I rarely get.
